Commissioning support service is available for all DCI projectors from SRND Group. We strongly recommend installing a Qalif Ultimate Monitoring and Calibration system with all DCI projectors to maintain and monitor performance automatically.

Travel and Expenses

  • Technician travel and expenses within the UK mainland

  • One day of onsite support

System Verification:

  • Update firmware
  • Set source devices to optimal output resolutions
  • Verify sources are not modified by intermediate switching, such as an AVR or video matrix

Calibration:

  • Optical setup - Zoom, focus and shift
  • Geometric setup - cropping, warp, blanking
  • Brightness, contrast, sharpness, colour/tint
  • P7 colour calibration, including post-calibration report
  • HDR tone mapping

Configuration:

  • 2D Macros for HDMI Input for SDR and HDR at up to 4 lens memory locations
  • 2D Macros for DCI Media Player Input at up to 4 lens memory locations
  • Verify 8-channel AES3 output channel mapping

      Not Included:

      • Physical installation of any sort, for example, connection to power grid, communications interfaces or video sources
      • Audio calibration or verification
      • Installing or modifying other components, for example, projector screen, masking systems, lighting
      • Any setting on video processors not supplied by SRND Group
      • Control system integration
      • Scheimpflug or convergence correction without permanent Qalif Ultimate supplied by SRND Group

      • Integration with 3rd Party DCI content systems not supplied by SRND Group, including FTP sources

      • Immersive audio processing solutions not supplied by SRND Group
